Help sleep better at night!

I have been having trouble sleeping for several nights this week eventhough I was very tired. My husband told me I keep waking him up at night because I've been restless, I keep tossing and turning all night. Last night I just remembered I had this BIDARA BALM STICK. Ive had a long tiring day and I decided to apply the Bidara Balm on my temple, forehead, behind the ears and neck. Alhamdulillah, when I woke up I feel I slept better and well rested. My husband even told me I had sleep better coz I finally didn't toss and turn during the night. The smell was so subtle and relaxing. I just wish the scent was slightly stronger cz I love the smell of lavender and peppermint but it was still still great cz not everyone like a song scent so it was still acceptable for me. I love it and the price is super affordable.
